Justin is currently the Principal Bassist of the One World Symphony Orchestra based out of New York City, and founding member of the Power House Big Band and Bob Page Jazz Trio. Samples of Justin’s work are also located in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Library and Archives, in collaboration with Joe Coco and Rodger Parr, in the album “Hindsight”. He performed along with the Rutgers Symphony Orchestra for a music video with rap star Jay Z for Super Bowl XLIV. Justin performed with the New Jersey Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall. He is also proud to have worked with the original Broadway cast of Putnam County Spelling Bee, jazz violinist Didier Lockwood, and Constantine Maroulis in the Premier Theater Company’s production of Jesus Christ Super Star.
As an educator, Justin is the current Toms River Intermediate South Orchestra Director. He has participated on the faculty of the NJ ASTA Chamber Camp, Mason Gross School of the Arts Extension Division, and Montclair State University Preparatory Center for the Arts. Justin credits his success to his teachers that have developed and influenced him, particularly Linda McKnight, Kevin Brown, Tim Cobb, Lou Kosma, and Rufus Reid.
